At Geva Coffee, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience, including our shipping services. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:

1. Shipping Methods and Times:

  • We offer shipping via UPS for all in-stock items.
  • In-stock items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.
  • For items that are out of stock or custom-made, shipping times may vary and can take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks. The specific shipping time for these items will be communicated to you during the order process or via email.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your location.

3. Shipping Locations:

  • We currently offer shipping within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

5. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet our estimated shipping times, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays, may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

6. Split Shipments:

  • In some cases, your order may consist of multiple items that are shipped separately. You will be notified via email if your order will be shipped in multiple packages.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on any non-perishable.  We do not accept returns on pershable goods, please contact our office to resolve the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No returns on perishable goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective that is perishable.  Any perishable goods will require approval so please be sure to document any damaged items or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, perishable goods or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
